Actually free. It is a tier, not a timer — no card, no expiry, no countdown. It stays feature-limited rather than time-limited: Chat, the Vault, autopilot and new contact enrichment are the Founder parts.

You land on Arlo Free. Your morning brief, tasks, projects and inbox keep running, nothing is deleted and nothing goes dormant — you just lose Chat, the Vault, autopilot and new enrichment until you upgrade.

Only for Founder. Starting a Founder trial takes a card up front — Stripe does not bill until day 30, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Arlo Free never asks for one.

On Free, Arlo analyses up to 100 emails a day, newest first, resetting at the start of your own morning. It is an anti-abuse ceiling rather than a nudge — at 100 a day most founders never touch it, and when you do the inbox says so plainly instead of silently dropping mail. Founder takes the cap off.

Arlo is built around a single founder per workspace, so both plans are one mailbox and one seat. Paying lifts the daily analysis cap and unlocks Chat, the Vault, autopilot and enrichment — it does not add mailboxes or seats. EA and team seats are on the roadmap once we have nailed the solo founder loop.

Raw email bodies are purged on a rolling schedule from each message's date, on every plan — 30 days by default, configurable per organization. Your memory, narrative, briefs and tasks are kept so Arlo keeps working. There is no delete-my-account button yet: for a full hard delete, email privacy@arlo.fyi and a person does it by hand.

On Free, thirty days with nobody signing in. Arlo stops pulling new mail and calendar so an abandoned mailbox is not processed forever. Everything you already have is kept, and it all resumes the moment you sign back in.
