Common questions
What happens at the end of the 30-day trial?
If you haven't added a card, your account goes dormant. Data polling stops (so we're not pulling new email or calendar events) and the dashboard greets you with a reactivation prompt. Your memory and narrative are preserved. Add a card any time to resume.
What about my data?
Raw email and calendar data are auto-purged within 30 days of your subscription pausing. Your memory, narrative, briefs, and tasks are preserved indefinitely so you can resume seamlessly. For a full hard delete, email business@arlo.fyi.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Sign up, connect Gmail and Calendar, and you're using Arlo in minutes. We'll nudge you toward the end of the trial.
What if I add a card mid-trial?
Chat, Vault, Projects, and the higher autonomy levels unlock immediately. Stripe still respects your trial end date. No early billing.
What about teams or multiple users?
Today Arlo is built around a single founder per workspace. EA and team seats are on the roadmap once we've nailed the solo founder loop.
