Is there a self-serve plan?
Not yet. Arlo for Teams is in pilot, so every workspace is set up with us rather than bought online. Tell us how your team works, we scope it, confirm the rate in writing, and start you when it is ready.
How is it priced?
Per seat, per month, by plan shape. The rate is confirmed with you in writing before anything is charged. We do not print a number while it is being set, because a number on a web page reads as a quote.
What counts as a seat?
A person with their own Arlo — their own mailbox connected, their own brief. Shared inboxes are not seats. Administrators who do not use Arlo themselves are not seats.
Is on-prem priced differently?
Deployment follows your policy, not a rate card: cloud, on-prem or hybrid on the same plan shapes, with an annual term for on-prem installs. We put the number to your setup.
Can individuals just use Arlo?
Yes — Arlo for Mac is free for the parts that run on your own machine, and the paid plan is public on the pricing page. Teams is for when knowledge needs to move between people under rules.
What happens to our data if we stop?
The vault exports as plain files. The audit record is yours to take. Closing a workspace is a request to privacy@arlo.fyi, done within thirty days, with the ledger entry to prove it.
