No — they are indicative while Teams comes to life, and they may move as the product lands. Nothing is charged before we have confirmed your rate with you in writing, and no button on this page puts you through a checkout.
What counts as a seat?
One person and one mailbox. Everyone on a team plan gets their own brief, their own triage and their own memory — Arlo is per person, not a shared assistant sitting in a group inbox.
Can one of us start now, on our own?
Yes. Arlo for one person is live today: Arlo Free is permanent and needs no card, and the personal paid plan is $99 a month. That is the fastest way to see the mornings before you commit a team.
What happens to our data?
Raw email body content is purged on a rolling schedule from each message's date — 30 days by default, configurable per organization. Structured data such as memory, narrative, briefs and tasks is kept so Arlo keeps working. There is no delete-my-account button yet: for a full hard delete, email privacy@arlo.fyi and a person does it by hand.
What about a larger organization?
That is Arlo for Enterprise: governance, admin, and cloud, on-prem or hybrid deployment on annual contracts. Pricing follows the deployment rather than a public rate card. Book a pilot and we will put a number to your setup.
